Paper Review Process

Publication Process

The publication process consists of the following stages:

  1. Manuscript Submission
The presenter submits the full manuscript through the conference submission system.
  2. Plagiarism and Originality Check
The committee screens the manuscript using Turnitin to verify its originality. The maximum acceptable similarity score is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit may be returned for revision or rejected.
  3. Double-Blind Review
Manuscripts that meet the originality requirements proceed to a double-blind review. Internal and external reviewers evaluate the quality, relevance, methodology, originality, and academic contribution of the manuscript.
  4. Template and Formatting Check
The manuscript is examined to ensure compliance with the official conference template and formatting requirements.
  5. Conference Presentation
Accepted manuscripts are presented at the ICADE International Conference.
  6. Publication Process
Selected manuscripts are processed for publication by Atlantis Press or another designated journal or publisher.
  7. Final Publication Decision
The final decision is made by the editorial board based on the reviewers’ recommendations, presentation requirements, formatting compliance, and the publication standards of the targeted publisher.

This publication process follows established academic standards and guidelines to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of the published research.
